Terms of Service

1.1. Private Members are invited by Priviage or by referral. Private membership grants access to enhanced discounts and exclusive services.

1.2. Membership is personal, non-transferable, and subject to revocation at our discretion.

2.1. Priviage provides access to wholesale travel rates via third-party suppliers ("Suppliers").

2.2. All bookings are made through authorized Suppliers. Priviage acts solely as an intermediary and does not own or operate hotels, airlines, or other travel services.

2.3. Bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of each Supplier, including cancellation, refund, and change policies.

3.1. Prices displayed on the Platform include our applied discounts and service margins.

3.2. All payments must be made through the Platform in the currency indicated at checkout.

3.3. Taxes, fees, and surcharges may be applied by Suppliers or authorities and are the responsibility of the Member.

4.1. Logos, brand names, and images displayed on the Platform are for illustrative purposes only.

4.2. Priviage does not claim ownership, partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by the brands unless explicitly stated.

4.3. All hotel and supplier trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

5.1. Priviage is not responsible for:

• Errors, omissions, or unavailability of Supplier services.
• Acts or omissions of Suppliers, including overbookings, cancellations, or service quality.
• Losses, damages, or expenses arising from travel disruptions beyond our control (including force majeure events).

5.2. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by you directly to Priviage for the relevant booking.

6.1. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or making a booking.

6.2. You may not misuse the Platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

6.3. You are responsible for ensuring you meet travel requirements (visas, health, insurance, etc.).

7.1. All content created by Priviage (text, design, logos, software, etc.) is protected under copyright and trademark laws.

7.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

8.1. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.

8.2. You may terminate your membership at any time by closing your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
